With low market awareness and a brand too generic to reflect what made the product special, a complete rebrand was the only way forward. We ran a brand discovery session to uncover what made Alpine truly unique, then let those insights drive every decision. That meant a name change from Alpine Electric Bikes to Alpine Trikes, a purposeful logomark fitting for a brand made for the outdoors, easily identifiable product names, and a bold visual identity inspired by the trail.
Through paid media, we debuted this new messaging to Alpine’s key demographics. Using high-intent search and emotive paid social, we reached and nurtured a customer base that craves their return to freedom.
A Focus On Soft Conversions
We shifted priority to test-ride bookings in order to leverage Alpines key strength: their hands-on human service. We converted digital interest into physical confidence, turning “soft” leads into high value sales.
