On the 1st of September Zeal will be opening the doors of its new London office. A move that I debated for a while but once the decision was made I only wondered what took us so long.
I never wanted Zeal to be “just another agency”. It turns out that our point of difference over the past 7 years has been this…we get shit done. It’s why we’ve grown, it’s why we’ve got some incredible clients and it’s why we’ve pinched a lot of work from large London agencies.
It’s these clients, and the possibility of more, that prompted us to start looking for a new London home. I want to bring our no-nonsense, do what we say we will, Northern attitude to London and I want us to be closer to the clients that have supported us in our growth.
So I write this blog from the Virgin East Coast train (that has no wi-fi and is out of bacon sandwiches) and I’m excited! Our new office is beautiful, it has beer on tap (not at all a selling point) and gives us access to meeting rooms all over London. It means we can service our current clients better and attract new ones.
I’m also really confident in our choice of personnel for this venture. Kristina will be relocating and heading up the new office. With her breadth of experience, her Swedish version of “getting shit done” and her innate sense of right and wrong, I’m really excited to watch her continue to grow – alongside our new office!
So there it is. My first blog in a while, announcing some pretty exciting news. Zeal London (baby)*
