1. Your Twitter feed is littered with typos and your Instagram page is full of cats

2. Someone tweets you and your first reaction is to panic – what on earth do you say back?!

3. You’ve been to a dozen free social media workshops but left just as confused as when you went in

4. You want to do social media but just can’t seem to find the time to post

5. You begrudge spending a monthly marketing fee for someone to ‘sit on Facebook all day’

Just like coyly entering a room full of strangers, social media can seem a little daunting.  You have no idea how or where to start posting so instead you fill your feed with offers, generic products posts, and a random image of a cat in the hope that someone, anyone, will engage with you. What’s even worse is that you’re not even posting on behalf of yourself; you’re posting for a company and one slip could see their reputation tainted and the company name scrawled across this year’s social media fail list.

Although you know what you’re doing just isn’t quite right, the thought of handing over the social media reins to a marketing agency just isn’t an option either. That’s why we’ve expanded our offering to include a one-off training package to help brands get the most out of social media.

The Training

We know that each brand is unique, so generic social media training just doesn’t cut it any more! That’s why our social media training is bespoke to you.

Before the training session we have a kick-off meeting with you to ensure we fully understand your business and its objectives, we then undertake a social media audit of your current channels to understand exactly where you’re at, where you need to be and how we’re going to get you there. The outcome of these will make up your agenda for our training day.

Our training day will consist of showing you how to make the most of the platforms that you’re on, how to schedule in posts, who to engage with, and what sort of content you should be sharing.

What’s in it for you?

Although there are no secrets as to how social media works, what we can do is empower you to actually know what you’re doing and show you how social media can easily integrate into your everyday life.

You’ll leave the session with a to-do list of actions to ensure there’s absolutely no confusion of how to put your training into practice. You’ll keep full control of your social media channels and as the training is a one-off there’s no additional monthly marketing fee to worry about either! It’s also worth mentioning that we’re not a ‘here today, gone tomorrow’ agency we’ll also be on hand to answer any questions you may have and make sure things are running smoothly for you.
