London’s Air Ambulance tasked us with creating an impactful social media campaign to raise awareness of the charity and increase followers on their Facebook and LinkedIn channels.

Before beginning work on the campaign strategy, we used our social media listening software to measure conversation around London’s Air Ambulance and research what content their target audience were sharing and engaging with.
The foundation of our creative campaign came from the simple truth that London’s Air Ambulance is a charity and without donations can’t continue to fly. We assume that if we or our family needed the air ambulance then it would be there without fail. We don’t realise that it’s a charity and if donations stop then the air ambulance also stops.
From this truth came the ‘You Stop, We Stop’ campaign.
We created a series of engaging and impactful videos and graphics to convey the You Stop, We Stop message. From organic social posts to our advertising strategy we used the emotive messaging in all content and post copy.
Using a mixture of organic and paid social media advertising we amplified the campaign content across the London’s Air Ambulance Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.
We used geographically targeted Facebook ads at key commuter times to ensure we reached our target audience at the right time on the right channel.
The campaign video was also adapted for use on digital billboards across London.
