Our Content Creator role is instrumental in delivering engaging content for our clients on social media platforms and beyond.
This role will involve…
Creating thumb-stopping content
- Producing engaging social content across static design, photography, video, stories, reels, TikToks, and motion graphics.
- Giving clear creative direction on asset requirements and advising on the best format for each platform.
- Collaborating with our brand strategists to deliver creative ideas, campaign themes, and social-led activations.
Idea generation & trend spotting
- Bringing proactive ideas to the table — new formats, social trends, hooks, challenges, memes and culturally relevant content.
- Staying ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, emerging creators, and best practices.
- Using insights to shape content that feels modern, relevant and native to each channel.
Social planning & community support
- Developing organic content calendars, brainstorm campaign concepts, and lead on
content rollout. - Supporting with community management where required, tracking conversations and working alongside Client Services on replies and escalations.
Copywriting across channels
- Writing social posts, campaign messaging and community responses.
- Crafting compelling hooks, CTAs and brand-aligned tone of voice.
Photoshoots & production
- Helping plan, assist or lead small-scale content shoots.
- Working with designers, photographers and clients to ensure shot lists and creative direction are clear and delivered.
Performance & reporting
- Evaluating organic performance in line with client KPIs, highlighting what’s working and making recommendations for future content.
Publishing & platform management
- Scheduling and uploading content across social platforms and client websites.
- Managing tight deadlines, prioritising your workload, and keeping projects moving.
What we’re looking for
- A passion for social media and the various platforms on offer.
- A creative individual who can produce and edit social content – including stills, graphics, videos, stories and reels.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.
- Well presented, confident speaking, hardworking and extremely organised.
