We’re looking for a PPC Manager who’s passionate about performance marketing and loves turning data into real business growth.

As part of our Client Performance team, you’ll take the lead on a portfolio of clients, developing and delivering high-performing campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You’ll be the go-to expert for your clients, combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management to drive results that matter.

Beyond client work, you’ll help shape our PPC offering and play a key role in the continued growth of Zeal.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of PPC clients and working closely with the Head of Client performance to become their strategic partner and line of contact.
  • Developing and delivering PPC strategies that align with client objectives and commercial goals.
  • Planning, building and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube.
  • Taking ownership of campaign budgets, forecasting, pacing and performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Continuously analysing account performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leading regular client meetings, presenting campaign performance, insights and strategic recommendations with confidence.
  • PPC audits, identifying opportunities for prospective clients and supporting new business pitches.
  • Keeping up to date with platform updates, industry trends and new technologies.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
  • A solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and performance measurement.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable commercial results.
  • Confidence presenting campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting spends and optimising campaigns against a range of KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
