Our first task was to optimise the existing PPC account. The account had previously been run through automated management software which afforded big holes in the overall strategy. Once we fixed the existing account, we implemented profitable growth strategies to incrementally grow the account whilst pushing CPL down.

With a CPL in mind, we paired up with Affiliate Window to set up a brand new affiliate account for Saga Equity Release. This channel hadn’t been utilised before and as such the account needed to be built from the ground up. Affiliates has developed to be a core driver of leads for Saga Equity Release whilst maintaining a well below target CPL.

After the performance marketing channels had been optimised, we turned our attention to organic. SEO should never be overlooked as it forms a key part of a successful marketing strategy. Working with relevant bloggers and influencers, we run monthly creative campaigns to highlight the benefits of releasing equity whilst generating rich content and quality back links. Our core targeted keywords have seen incredible results, with ‘Equity Release’ remaining in the top 3 organic listing.

This holistic approach has seen Saga Equity Release rise in popularity and prosper in a highly competitive market place, whilst maintaining cost effective.
