I’ve always had a passion for anything creative. On completing my masters in Advertising and Marketing, focusing on social media and influencer marketing, I worked managing social media accounts for Yorkshire-based alcohol brands. This meant I attended events all over the country ranging from fancy parties with Vogue editors to country shows.
Working in social media is always exciting with constant interaction, platform changes and new influencers popping up. I love that social media combines creativity and storytelling along with psychology and statistics being able to really understand what makes people tick – and tap into that. I believe that social media gives brands the ability to reach entirely new audiences in innovative and creative ways.
When I’m not scrolling through Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, you’ll find me catching up on the latest issue of Elle, hitting the gym, or baking a mean batch of brownies and coming up with creative excuses to put off doing my ironing.
