Fenetic Wellbeing is a personal mobility retailer based in Yorkshire. Founded in 2009, the company has helped over 500,000 people live independently and love later life.
After success on eBay and Amazon, founders Tom and Graeme felt that their website was lagging – so Zeal came on board to help.
We worked with Fenetic to develop their brand and scale their website. Together we built a roadmap to becoming a household name.
We created an extensive PPC, digital PR, and link-building strategy, with the goal of making Fenetic the most recognisable name in personal mobility.
The mobility industry had a reputation for cowboy traders and forceful sales tactics. So, we built their brand strategy around the three core traits – personal, honest, and fair.
We built a scalable website and simplified the UI to make it more accessible to people with disabilities and easier for Fenetic’s team to update.
